Class DEscriptions
BARRE:
Barre 60: (60 mins) Energize your day with a total body barre class. Expect a class incorporating ballet, yoga and Pilates philosophy that consists of rhythmic micro movements and functional exercises. Barre 60 is 45 solid minutes of strength building exercises & stretching to enhance flexibility and postural alignment and 15 minutes of stretching and gentle movements! This class is open to all levels and offers modifications.
Equipment used will include a ballet barre, Pilates ball, small hand weights, a yoga mat & stretching straps.
Barre Express:(45 mins)This upbeat, fast-paced class uses small controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetition to help you build strength through a series of low-impact exercises inspired by Pilates, Yoga, dance technique, and traditional weight training.
Barre Express consists of strength building exercises & stretching to enhance flexibility and postural alignment....in this Express class you will achieve a total body workout in under an hour!
Equipment used will include a ballet barre, Pilates ball, small hand weights, a yoga mat & stretching straps.
SPIN:
Beginner Spin: (40 mins) Beginners are ALWAYS welcome to any spin class but this is a great place to start Beginner spin is a fun, heart pumping workout for all levels of fitness. During this class, we will cover bike set up and safety while getting you comfortable on your spin bike! There will be a variety of training drills including flat roads, up hills and rolling hills in seated and standing positions. In this class YOU will have full control of your resistance and peddle speed to create just the right intensity for YOU. Great music, helpful cues and positive vibes will be provided. You are surely to leave sweaty and happy!
Spin & then Some: (45 or 60 mins) It will include 25-40 minutes of spinning to good tunes followed by a variety of muscle toning exercises. We may focus on a part of the body following the spin portion. We will use different equipment including weights, bars, bands & sliders. All fitness levels welcome!
Spin Express: (40 mins) This 40 minute express class will have you leaving happy and feeling reenergized for the rest of your day! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. It will include a mix of intervals, rolling hills, sprints, surges, runs, climbs and jumps! Spin to fun beats and get your sweat on! Beginners always welcome!
Spin 45: (45 mins) Join us for a sweaty 45 minute spin class! We will incorporate some spin drills, weights, sprints, hills and smiles. All levels of spinners welcome!
Spin 60: (60 mins) Looking for an enhanced challenge on the spin bike? This ride is for you! In SPIN 60 you will experience all types of training drills including intervals, runs, sprints and climbs. This class can include the use of hand weights to include the upper body! This class is designed to help you burn calories, sweat and have fun while cycling to some great songs!
Special Themed Spin Classes: (60 mins) Join our amazing instructors on a Special Pop-up themed Classes. They will be co teaching this fun High Energy Themed Spin Class. Stay tuned to or Social Media pages to see what the theme is each month.
MUSCLE STRENGTH & CONDITIOING:
Burn & Sculpt: (60 mins) This class is a full body strength training class is designed to challenge and tone the major muscle groups. You will squat, curl, push up and plank using free weights and other equipment selected by your instructor. Each routine is choreographed to hit music so you will be motivated to push your way through the burn.
Crunch & Stretch: (45 mins) This lunch class will consist of 25 minutes of CORE work followed by guided stretches with movement & holds. Take some deep breathes and REALLY hold that stretch long enough to feel the benefits. This class will be the perfect ending to your week & beginning of your weekend!
Manufacturing Muscles: (60 mins) Every class varies but will always offer a total body workout through circuit training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and plyometrics with a focus on strength. All fitness levels are welcome to attend!
Muscle & Beats: (60 mins) This class is a super fun way to get a workout in for the day! It is specifically designed to help you get lean & toned by using the beat of the music to increase the amount of time your muscles are "under tension". It will use a combination of motivating music & beneficial workout moves. A typical class will consists of 10-11 tracks of music, all focusing on a different muscle group. This class can easily be modified for people with injuries and/or beginners. It can also be intensified by adding more weight & more resistance!
Power Sculpt:(50 mins) Fire up your metabolism in this HIIT class that combines high intensity dance based cardio and targeted strength work sprinkled throughout. Finish up with full body strength training and stretching to maximize muscle building and calorie burning. Your instructor will motivate you to dance to the beat, jump, punch, plank pushup and crunch your way through this choreographed class with hit music that distracts you from the burn.
Strong Step: (60 mins) Step Cardio and A full body workout with weights. Options and modifications make this 60 min class perfect for all fitness levels. Come Step and Pump it up.
Sunday Morning Mash Up: (60 mins) You never know what you are going to get with this class but one ting is for sure you will defiantly feel the burn. Every week is something different free weights, bars, bands, balls and maybe even a bike. Come join us Sunday morning and get your sweat on.
Sweat Sesh: (45 or 60 mins) This class is a great way to get your sweat on. it is for all shapes and sizes and will be a combination of HIIT and Dumbbell training for a total body workout. This workout is great for all levels of fitness and can be modified for beginners to advanced individuals.
Total Body Strength and Conditioning: (60 mins) This total-body program incorporates strength training, cardio, core work, and flexibility. Using the proven science of “muscle confusion" the program constantly introduces new challenges to your body. Deliberately blocking your body from adapting to the same routine. Avoiding the plateau effect and increase the impact of each workout. Each session involves highly diverse and intense workouts designed to target all your muscle groups.
YOGA:
Balance & Flow Yoga: (60 mins) This yoga class is a gentle hatha style class for all levels. It will be comprised of fluid postures that incorporate balance poses for stability on and off the mat.
Beginner Yoga: (60 mins) This Beginner Yoga class will introduce the very basics of the yoga practice. Movements will be broken down at an easy to follow pace and the benefits of yoga poses will be explained. This class will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Everybody is welcome to practice yoga in this supportive environment. No yoga experience is required. Lululemon yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided. We also provide blankets for Savansana.
Gentle Yoga Flow: (60 mins) This Beginner YOGA FLOW class will introduce the very basics of the yoga practice. Movements will be broken down at an easy to follow pace and the benefits of yoga poses will be explained. This class will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Everybody is welcome to practice yoga in this supportive environment. No yoga experience is required. Lululemon yoga mats will be provided if needed. We also provide blankets for Savansana.
Rest & Stretch Yoga: (60 mins) In Rest and Stretch Yoga you will experience a deep rest and a good stretch with classic restorative yoga poses, guided mind meditation & pranayama. This class requires minimal movement and lots of stillness. You will be guided with gentle instructions & relaxing sounds as you unwind and relax deeply in this restorative class. No yoga experience is required and lululemon yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a sweater or a blanket.
Yoga for Bed: (60 mins) Stretch out your entire body, relieve tension, bring oxygen into your body, and calm the mind finding relaxation.
